JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We at the department for growth and communication are looking for a self-driven and motivated communicator with a focus on social media. With us, you will work on communicating the city's plans, activities, and political decisions. Additionally, you will support the cultural administration in their communication needs.

Independently or together with others, you will:

  • plan, coordinate, implement, and follow up on various communication activities, such as creating content and communicating through social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • coordinate an internal network for colleagues working with social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to have education in the field of communication, a strategic approach to communication, and operational skills. You need to have experience in digital advertising, primarily Facebook Ads Manager, as well as some project management. You have good judgment, are an experienced writer with a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing, and have a sense for pedagogical presentation.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge in basic graphic production and experience working in the public sector, as well as an understanding of a municipality's complex tasks.

It is also advantageous if you have experience working in the cultural sector or a strong interest in cultural issues, as part of your role will involve working closely with the cultural administration.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, are quality-conscious, and have a good ability to collaborate with stakeholders in various roles. We place great importance on personal suitability.
