Quality Controller at Eslöv Municipality

Your Mission

As a quality controller, you will play a key role in the municipality's quality and goal work. You will be responsible for coordinating, analyzing, and developing quality processes in our operations. Your work will help ensure that the municipality's services meet high standards and that we continuously improve our working methods.

• develop, process, analyze, and follow up on operations based on various performance metrics
• report, clarify, and communicate results from analyses to create a basis for development and decision-making
• develop methods, routines, and systems for follow-up, analysis, and feedback regarding results, quality, and efficiency
• support the administrations in operational planning
• lead the work to develop the municipality's governance model
• provide support in developing cross-municipal processes
• create an inter-departmental working method and develop and lead networks to measure and analyze the municipality's results
• investigative assignments

Your Experience

We are looking for someone with analytical skills, who is structured and has an understanding of quality work and process development. You are accustomed to working with data and can translate insights into concrete actions.

• a relevant university degree in, for example, social sciences, law, quality assurance, or similar
• experience in quality work, preferably within the public sector
• good analytical skills and experience working with statistics and data analysis
• ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, as well as experience writing reports and investigations
