About the Position

As an Area Manager (AM) at our client, you will be responsible for creating profitable growth within your geographical area together with your team. You will lead and develop employees to ensure high quality and deliver the best possible customer service. The position involves close collaboration with several other departments such as HR to build long-term customer relationships. You will have personnel responsibility for your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive and reactive customer service
• Manage and administer customer cases and agreements
• Handle booking, rescheduling, and cancellation of assignments
• Follow up on customer cases and customer satisfaction
• Quality work and planning resources to onboard new customers
• Staffing management and scheduling
• Personnel responsibility
• Recruitment, skills development, and coaching of the team

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in leading and coaching teams, preferably within the service industry. You have a strong sense of customer service and quality, and enjoy working in a results-oriented manner. You should have a good ability to plan and structure tasks while being flexible and solution-oriented in unforeseen situations. Experience in personnel responsibility and scheduling is a plus.
