Are you a meticulous and driven accountant with a passion for numbers and finance?

We are now looking for a responsible and reliable accountant who wants to contribute to our continued success. You will be part of the finance department at Klippan Safety and work with both the parent company and some of our sister companies.

About the position

The accounting position requires you to work systematically and structured. It is obvious for us (and for you) that you always take great responsibility for your tasks and drive processes forward diligently.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing accounts payable, i.e., coding, ensuring approval, registering, and posting incoming invoices.
• Responsible for accounts receivable, i.e., coding, registering, and posting outgoing invoices.
• Controlling and posting payments and collecting overdue unpaid receivables.
• Handling incoming and outgoing payments as well as liquid assets and credits.
• Accounting and year-end work.
• Follow-up, analysis, and reporting.
• Budget and forecasting.
• Payroll administration.
• Other administrative tasks as needed.

Additional challenges within the finance department's areas of responsibility may also arise, depending on your skills and interests.

About you

We are looking for someone who can contribute to the group both socially and professionally. You are a team player with good communication skills. You have the ability to think critically and question, while also being proactive and eager to take your own initiatives for improvements. Since the role is broad and may involve several companies, it is important that you are meticulous and that good structure is a given for you. You are unpretentious and a team player who, with a positive attitude, helps your colleagues when needed.

We expect you to have a post-secondary education in finance and a few years of experience in similar tasks. You have good knowledge of the Office suite and business systems.

Previous work experience with the business system Monitor G5 or experience from the manufacturing industry is a plus.

Other

We offer a flexible position where the working degree can be between 75%-100%. You have the opportunity to choose the working hours that suit you best. The position is located in Klippan and you will report to the CFO. There are four colleagues in the finance department.

There may be occasional day trips per quarter to our sister companies.
