This is a new role that you will create together with the team. You will report to Group CFO Tim Holmlund, an open, knowledgeable, calm, and honest leader who involves everyone, always.

In this role, you will be a bridge between the subsidiaries and the group, and your main responsibilities will include the following:

• Act as support and sounding board for the financial managers in each subsidiary with a focus on closing and reporting
• Ensure that the subsidiaries report correctly - adhering to internal and external requirements
• Drive new guidelines and accounting principles in the subsidiaries
• Lead improvement projects - at the group level and in the subsidiaries
• Guide newly acquired companies into the "WeSports template"
• Be an important role and key player in the group's growth journey
• Involved in group accounting and during M&A activities

We are looking for a person who wants to be part of a business-driven team, where the opportunities for development are as great as your drive. You have a post-secondary education in finance and have worked in the field for at least 3-4 years. If you have, for example, worked as an accounting consultant, auditor, or accounting manager in a smaller company and want to take the next step, this is a perfect opportunity for you. It is important that you have a strong interest in accounting and are willing to develop within it. Your curiosity and communicative nature allow you to quickly build trust throughout the organization.

You are flexible and not afraid to pitch in where and when needed. Experience with Aaro and IFRS is a plus but not a requirement.
