Your Main Responsibilities

You will manage the company's ongoing accounting and report to the CFO.

Some of the tasks the role involves are:

Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
Management of incoming and outgoing payments
Supplier invoices
VAT and tax reporting
Managing and collecting documentation for payroll processing

The position is 80% based on agreement.

You will join as a consultant through us at Poolia, with the ambition of transitioning to employment with the client.

Who Are You?

We are looking for an engaged and experienced accountant who thrives in a role with both operational and analytical elements. You are a structured person with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently, while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues to develop and streamline financial flows.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

A post-secondary education in finance
At least five years of experience in accounting and financial management
Experience working in an environment with high demands for reporting and deadlines
Good analytical skills and a holistic view of financial processes
Solid experience with Excel and financial systems
Knowledge of invoice scanning systems
