Economics students, look here! A company in Malmö needs your help this summer! If you are available from week 25 to week 33, that's great! The assignment is full-time.

Of course, you will receive a few days of training from existing staff, and you will work in the reception, handle the switchboard, perform general office tasks, and assist with accounts payable. Other common tasks found in an accounting department may also arise, such as reconciliation during month-end closing, incoming and outgoing payments, and more.

It is important that you are unpretentious in performing various tasks, as you will also be responsible for receiving smaller deliveries and any visitors. It is also important that you are flexible and can handle many different tasks. Being service-minded is a given for you!

A plus is if you have an education in economics and/or have some experience working with accounts payable previously. Requirements You communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English You are studying economics at a vocational college/university level.
