As an accounting assistant in Näset parish, you will become a key person in the team, a true multitasker. You will handle ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations, manage invoicing and payments, administer and archive documents, and be one of the contact persons for financial questions both internally and externally. You will also assist in staffing the office in Kyrkans hus and the office in Skanör.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in finance or equivalent work experience
• Good knowledge of accounting systems and Excel
• A driver's license and access to a car to travel between the parish's offices
• If you have a knack for IT and telecommunications, it is an advantage

As a person, we would like you to be meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and have good prioritization skills. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and can offer training in relevant programs.

How to apply

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Kyrkans hus in Höllviken. However, you will work approximately one day a week at the office in Skanör. The start date is after the summer or by agreement.
