About the position As a customer support representative, you will be a key person in providing our corporate customers with the best possible service. You will have daily contact with customers via phone and email, where you will assist with transport bookings, general inquiries about our partners' warehousing, and preparations for inventories. To deliver the best service, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues in the warehouse, account managers, and operations managers.

About the company

Shelfless Sweden is a third-party logistics company (3PL), which means we handle the entire logistics flow for our customers. We were previously DreamLogistics AB but have been part of Bring for about 3 years and now operate under the name Shelfless Sweden. Our customer base primarily consists of e-commerce companies, which places high demands on our service and flexibility. About you We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to service and who always strives to help customers in the best way possible. To succeed in this role, you are solution-oriented, meticulous, and structured. You have good computer skills and are comfortable learning new systems quickly. It is also important that you enjoy having phone contact and can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We are looking for a positive and flexible employee who is not afraid of change and enjoys challenges.

We would like you to have:

- Previous experience in customer contact

- Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics

- Preferably experience in freight, hazardous goods, or relevant education in the field

Last but not least, you share our values; to want more, take responsibility, and play for the team.

Practical information Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Placement at our site in Klippan. The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Start date is according to agreement but preferably immediately.
