Job Description & Offer

The family-owned company SafeSack Scandinavia AB is a leading supplier of industrial packaging (Big Bags and PE-packaging). The head office is located in Örkelljunga and covers the entire Nordic, German, Polish, and Baltic markets. SafeSack primarily offers customized packaging solutions tailored to customers' needs and requests. The company is now looking for a driven and committed field salesperson who wants to grow and develop in the role of field salesperson at SafeSack.

In the role of field salesperson, you will work with B2B sales to new customers in the Norwegian market. You will work independently but in close dialogue with the sales manager, and be responsible for the entire sales process. The role involves long-term customer engagement and will require visiting customers on-site throughout Norway, based from SafeSack's office in Örkelljunga.

The initial period will consist of a solid training phase where you will learn the company's routines, products, and proprietary business system. After this, you will gradually transition to a more independent role where you start building your network of business contacts in Norway.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with customers in the Norwegian market.
  • Identify individual customer needs and actively work to present and sell the most effective packaging solutions.
  • Manage incoming inquiries, orders, and delivery monitoring.
  • Contact with suppliers and partners globally.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, humble, and has a strong desire to develop in sales. To thrive in this role, you should be self-driven, relationship-building, and have a natural ability to create long-term business relationships. We seek a person who is not only driven but also can take responsibility and own the entire sales process from start to finish. Furthermore, you work in a structured manner, enjoy challenges, and are attentive to individual customer needs and requests.

To succeed in the role, the following is required:

  • Good technical understanding
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Understanding of Norwegian and experience in B2B sales are advantageous.
