What you will do

As a Service Agent, you will work with:

• Meeting our customers via phone and creating positive customer experiences
• Guiding our customers to find solutions to their banking matters
• Countering digital exclusion and helping our customers feel comfortable with our digital services
• Handling everything from simple questions to more complicated customer issues

Your background and skills include:

• Completed and approved upper secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

It would be valuable if you also:

• Have relevant and current work experience in customer-facing service roles, preferably within banking/finance/insurance
• Have education in economics

Working conditions

In this role, you will work on a rotating schedule divided into day, evening, and weekend shifts. Working hours on weekdays are from 7:45 AM to 8:15 PM and on weekends from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM. The employment form is a part-time position where you are expected to work 30 hours/week. We offer a start date of June 9, 2025.
