As a member of our client's customer support team, you will work closely with the company's sales team as well as the warehouse and production teams towards customers in the German market.

Your responsibility as a customer service representative is to be the customer's main contact throughout the ordering and delivery process. Your tasks include order management, following up on orders and deliveries, payment follow-up, and also responding to customer inquiries.

Profile

To succeed in the role and the team, you need to be a proactive team player with good communication skills. You have a customer focus in everything you do, as well as good analytical and administrative abilities. You have no problem speaking on the phone, and see it as a fun part of the job. You have a knack for conveying information clearly and pedagogically, helping others. Furthermore, you are stress-resistant and used to juggling multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a sales or customer service role.
Previous experience working administratively, for example in business systems, supplier portals, and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of German and an understanding of working with the German market (meritorious).
Experience working with B2B as well as import/export (meritorious).
