Asta Agency is partnering with Terasaki in this recruitment process, seeking a Technical Sales Specialist based in Malmö or Copenhagen.

About the Position

We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Sales Specialist with a focus on business development, ready to take over and grow Terasaki's customer base in Denmark. In this role, you will take ownership of existing key accounts and be responsible for new client acquisition. You thrive in a customer-facing role, spending around 50% of your time in Denmark, especially during the first year.

You will work closely with, and report directly to the CEO, who has set ambitious and clearly defined growth targets for the coming years. In this role, you will play a key part in that journey, taking on a central position in driving the company's expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow our market share in Denmark.
  • Take over and manage key accounts, ensuring continued success and growth.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide technical support and advice regarding our products, focusing on breakers and busbars.
  • Interpret technical drawings and adapt solutions to customer requirements.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and tailored proposals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Competencies:

We are looking for an outgoing, high-energy individual who thrives on challenges and enjoys building something from the ground up. You are direct, communicative, and inspired by the opportunity to grow as a promising contender in the electrical energy industry. With strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset, you work well both independently and in a team.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the electrical industry
  • Proven track record in selling breakers, busbars, and similar electrical components
  • Technical background – preferably education in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Danish and/or Swedish, and English
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently managing the full sales cycle

Terasaki offers you:

  • An autonomous and dynamic role in a smaller, specialized company with high expertise
  • Significant influence and growth opportunities as the business expands
  • Close collaboration with the team in Stockholm, Sweden
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package

Additional Information

  • Start Date: As agreed upon
  • Location: Malmö or Copenhagen
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Salary: As agreed upon
