Some of our employees have this as a temporary job to gather experience, personal development, and create a good budget for their savings account. Many take all the training they receive here to study further to become, for example, a real estate agent or work in trade.

On June 17th & 18th from 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM, we will have a two-day information and recruitment event at the office.

At our information and recruitment events, we will hold a company presentation, go through salary, commission, working hours, and collective agreements.

You will also receive a brief sales training and product training so that you can test the job and see how it feels in practice. Before the end of day 2, we will discuss how everything feels. If everything feels good for you and for us, we will offer you a position with us. Your new job

Your tasks will involve working with sales to customers via phone. Some of the brands we work with include; Eon, Bonnier, Egmont, Allente, operator 3, and Postcode Lottery. You will be introduced to the work by listening to experienced salespeople and trained in different teams. We also continuously and daily work with everything from coaching to motivation and competitions, both at the individual and group level!

At PEC, you will have security with a fixed hourly wage, combined with generous commission without a cap according to the company's commission system. We have a collective agreement with Unionen.
