Telenor's stores are one of our most important sales channels, accounting for about 40% of all sales. Visiting one of Telenor's Shop in Shop should be a world-class experience, and you, as the Store Manager, play a crucial role in making that happen. As a Store Manager at Telenor, you will be part of an exciting journey where you will work with the latest products and coach your employees to perform their very best. What does a Store Manager do?

• You have full responsibility for the store, which includes all sales, recruitment, employee development, and ensuring that all campaigns and new products are launched in the best way possible.
• You have your own sales responsibility while leading and ensuring that the employees in the store reach their and the store's goals.
• You will be one of our primary Telenor ambassadors to both consumer and business customers.
• You develop and build the team locally in close collaboration with Learning Lab.
• You, along with your colleagues, are responsible for ensuring that routines and quality are followed in accordance with policies regarding inventory, stock management, and safety.
• You develop and create contacts with colleagues within Stores while ensuring a successful group dynamic within your store.
• You are also responsible for scheduling, cost targets, operations, and customer complaints in the store.

Are you our new Store Manager?

We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about leadership and sales. You are motivated by coaching others and are happy to share your experience with your colleagues. You are skilled at handling different types of personalities and are a top-notch team player. Furthermore, you are a good organizer with problem-solving abilities and a mindset that anything is possible. We see that you have a genuine interest in sales and growth towards both consumers and businesses. To thrive in this job, you must enjoy being close to your employees, contribute with your own sales, and also want to be part of the staffing in the store. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in a similar industry and if you have held a leadership position.
