As a customer service representative at Skånetrafiken, you will be based in our offices at the central station in Kristianstad, where we work together to assist Skånetrafiken's travelers. At Skånetrafiken's customer service in Kristianstad, we meet our customers over the counter, by phone, and through our digital channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks will include informing and guiding our customers about Skånetrafiken's services, products, prices, and travel conditions, as well as selling our various products. We meet our customers over the counter, via phone, chat, Facebook, and at events. You will also assist customers in digital channels, such as Skånetrafiken's app and website. As a customer service representative, you are our primary representative and ambassador to our customers.

Currently, we have eight employees in customer service in Kristianstad, and we are now looking for new colleagues to join our team. We are a secure workgroup with a strong desire to develop and drive our unit forward. Our employees have a genuine willingness and drive to work in customer service and to provide our customers with world-class service - every day. Your approach is welcoming, and you ensure that each individual customer receives the best possible service.

As a new employee, your employment will begin with a thorough introduction and training from knowledgeable colleagues. The introduction lasts for four weeks at our office in central Malmö as well as at the customer center in Kristianstad. We are committed to providing you with a solid introduction to ensure you feel secure in your role as a customer service representative.

Our customer center hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 17:30 and weekends, Saturday: 09:00 to 15:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 13:00. Working hours are scheduled between 05:50 and 21:05, as we also assist customers by phone and chat after the customer center closes. Our customer service is open every day of the year.

The positions are for work in Kristianstad, but it is crucial that you can work at other customer service centers in Lund, Malmö, and Helsingborg as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome applicants who have a completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have further language skills, such as Danish. To be considered for the position, we expect you to have previous work experience in a cashier role. Furthermore, it is beneficial if you have work experience in customer service via phone and chat.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in public transport and the ability to turn an unhappy customer into a satisfied one. Since we meet Skånetrafiken's customers through various channels, you need to have a good understanding of what different customer channels require from you as a customer service representative. Furthermore, we believe you have good collaboration skills while being able to work independently, flexibly, and take the initiative when the situation demands it. We would like you to appreciate variety in your work and enjoy being out representing Skånetrafiken in different contexts, as well as being willing to work at all our customer centers in Skåne when needed.
