We are now looking for an engaged and strategic Key Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with retailers. In this key role, you will work closely with our stores and retailer network to ensure that our core values - Passion, Together, Common Sense, and Proactivity - permeate the entire organization.

Your Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with retailers in Sweden.
  • Creating coordination between our own stores and retailers.
  • Managing pricing and product strategies as well as business development within the retailer segment.
  • Acting as a bridge between the internal sales team, store team, and external retailers.

You will be part of a team of three and report to our Sales Manager KA.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, quick-witted, and strategically minded. You have previous experience as a KAM and are accustomed to working independently to drive change and build new business structures. You are also meticulous, communicative, relationship-building, and have an analytical ability to optimize business relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience in KAM responsibilities, preferably with a focus on retailers or retail.
  • Ability to manage and develop key customers within distribution.
  • Experience in pricing and product strategy is a plus.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Industry knowledge in tiles and ceramics is an advantage, but not a requirement.
