We are now looking for an experienced claims advisor for our claims center.

Do you enjoy being the face of the company and welcoming customers when they visit us?

For our claims center, we are seeking a claims advisor who has prior experience in the automotive industry, who wants to be part of a service-oriented team and work hard to provide the best service to our customers!

As a claims advisor, you will greet our customers in a friendly and professional manner.

When the car is in our facility, you are responsible for ensuring everything is done and that the car is ready on time as promised to the customer.

You will, for example, work with:

-Answering calls and welcoming customers

-Following up on ongoing work in the workshop

-Compiling work orders/damage estimates

-Contacting insurance companies and creating cost proposals for damages using the Cabas calculation program.

The systems we currently work with include; Cabplan, Winassist, Cabas, among others. We prefer that you have experience with these systems.

You will become part of our claims team with a wonderful community of experienced colleagues who support and assist in daily tasks.
