Are you passionate about customer engagement, personalization, and building strong brand loyalty? StickerApp is looking for a CRM Specialist to take our customer communication and sales to the next level!
As our CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our CRM setup in Klaviyo, ensuring that we deliver tailored, data-driven messaging across segmented flows and campaigns. Your work will be instrumental in enhancing customer experience, optimizing engagement, and driving long-term loyalty.
What You’ll Do:- Own and optimize our CRM strategy in Klaviyo, ensuring efficient segmentation and targeted communication.
- Develop and refine customer segmentation to personalize messaging across automated flows and campaigns in close collaboration with the Analytics team.
- Enhance lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and loyalty efforts.
- Analyze and interpret customer data to drive insights that improve engagement and conversion rates of our email marketing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team for campaigns and the CRM marketer to tackle all initiatives.
- Test and optimize email performance through A/B testing and data-driven improvements.
- Be a vital part in implementing customer loyalty initiatives to drive repeat business and brand advocacy in close collaboration with our customer journey team.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or DTC environment.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar CRM platforms) and a deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative problem-solver, with a passion for crafting personalized and visually engaging customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and customer retention strategies is a plus!
- Hands on - proactive, flexible and open minded for ad hoc and urgent tasks and campaigns.
This position is a temporary role covering a maternity leave, but there is potential to become a permanent part of the team based on performance and business needs. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a real impact and grow with us this will be a great match.
