What will you work on during the summer?

As a summer temp in our customer service, you will be part of our Quality Team consisting of six people. We work together to ensure that customer complaints are handled professionally, with a focus on quality and continuous improvements. Practically, this means you will analyze complaints and their root causes.

You are expected to contribute to AkzoNobel's business results by providing good service and maintaining good relationships with our customers. You will answer questions and handle complaints from customers in a friendly, correct, and efficient manner. You will register complaints and forward quality issues to AkzoNobel's technical service and monitor the responses. Furthermore, you will handle complaints coming from franchise stores and our own stores.

The summer job is from June 9 to August 15. You will report to our Nordic Customer Service Manager.

Who are you?

As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive in an environment characterized by sales, high tempo, and constant changes. You are communicative, stress-resistant, structured with the ability to see the big picture. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude and are a solid team player. In addition:

  • You are service-minded and always put the customer first
  • You speak and write Swedish, which is a requirement, and you have very good knowledge of English. Speaking Danish is a big plus.
  • Familiar with administrative tasks
  • Good communication skills as you will communicate with many different functions, customers, the sales team, production, etc.
  • You have completed high school.
  • Solution-oriented, with a good understanding and interest in processes and improvements.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. If you have experience with business systems like SAP, Dynamics, or Case Management, that is a big plus.
  • Able to manage and prioritize tasks.
