About the role

As our Product Strategy Specialist, you'll ensure our products hit the mark — delivering value to customers while aligning with company objectives. You’ll work cross-functionally with CX, developers, designers, product managers, sales, and marketing to drive product success across markets and regions.

Your key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and clear user stories.
• Ensure every product initiative supports strategic goals and delivers measurable value.
• Gather insights from users, markets, and competitors to inform development decisions.
• Evaluate the ROI and strategic impact of new product features or initiatives.
• Track post-launch success, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

What we're looking for

• A university degree within a relevant area such as business, marketing or aviation
• Previous experience from a similar role
• Previous experience from SaaS and/or aviation industry
• Strong grasp of BI systems and development processes
• A business-first mindset and the ability to connect product potential with profit
• Sharp analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative spirit
