Internal Sales Representative - Industry

As an internal sales representative with us in the Industry division, you will be part of a competent and action-oriented team that drives and develops our sales in Region South. Our workplace offers challenging and developing tasks where you will have regular contact with customers in the industrial segment, and the collaboration and team spirit in the group are strong.

About You:
We are looking for someone driven by sales and customer contact, with experience in various types of business processes, preferably in an international environment, and we believe you have good skills in Microsoft Office. Experience in the industrial sector is a merit but not a requirement; we place great importance on you as a person and your abilities in sales and how you will contribute to developing both the team and the business.
As an internal sales representative at Ahlsell, one of your most important tasks is to create a positive customer experience for all our customers, including:
- Providing the best possible advice and service to our customers regarding products and solutions
- Supporting customers in order placement and product selection
- Creating and following up on quotes
- Contacting suppliers
About the Role:
You take responsibility and are structured in your work approach and enjoy working towards exceeding set goals. You believe in openness and like to create and develop good relationships both internally and externally, and you are independent in your way of working. In a simple and honest manner, you see what needs to be done, and you take responsibility for ensuring that the end result meets Ahlsell standards. For you, it is a given to support both customers and colleagues in a solution-focused way, and you make things happen. Location: at our unit in Malmö.
