Your role as Junior Insurance Broker:

Advisera Insurance provides brokerage of corporate insurance within non-life insurance. We offer tailored insurance solutions and professional advice to our corporate clients.

This position is designed for a junior colleague who is passionate about sales and is eager to learn more about the insurance industry. The role focuses on prospecting and booking meetings with new clients while you learn about corporate insurance within non-life. We believe you have previous experience working in insurance, but primarily we are looking for someone with an interest in corporate insurance and a strong desire to develop in sales.

Your main task will be booking meetings, but gradually you will accompany our senior salespeople to physical client meetings. There, you can gain valuable knowledge about both corporate insurance and sales. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to advance to an advisory role as an insurance broker where you independently drive sales processes and manage existing clients.

Responsibilities:

With us, you will start your employment with an introduction and training that provides you with a basic understanding of our various products and services. After the training, you will gradually begin to contact new clients where you capture their interest and build trust to then schedule a meeting. Your main task is booking meetings, but you will also learn the entire sales process and the insurance business; prospecting, meeting booking, client meetings, needs analysis, signing, advising, etc.

We hope you:

  • Have 1-2 years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (B).
  • Have an educational background in areas such as economics, insurance, or sales. (Preferred)
  • Are social and bold when it comes to creating new contacts via phone. Your positive demeanor makes it easy for you to express yourself and capture clients' interest.
  • You are passionate about sales and succeeding in business.
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and competitive.
  • Are business-driven, trustworthy, and pedagogical.
