Service Coordinator for Large Kitchen and Laundry

Your new job

As a service coordinator at Bravida, you will work independently on many different types of assignments. No day is the same! It involves receiving various service requests, orders, and fault reports via phone, email, and web. You will provide technical support directly to customers and be involved in planning and distributing work to technicians and subcontractors throughout the country.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating, distributing, and planning service assignments for the company’s service technicians
• Working with spare parts/inventory
• Order management

Your new team

At Bravida’s Large Kitchen and Laundry department, we are about 60 employees. We are based in Halmstad, Höganäs, Staffanstorp, Växjö, Kalmar, and Karlskrona. We operate throughout Skåne, Halland, Blekinge, and Kronoberg counties. We work with service, maintenance, and new investments in large kitchen and cooling machines as well as professional laundry equipment.

We are looking for someone who

• Has very good computer skills
• Holds a B driver's license
• Work experience in service and a forklift license is an advantage

To succeed in the role of Service Coordinator, we see that you have high social competence, good coordination skills, and are used to working independently. You need to have a good technical understanding and be quick to learn the terms used in our industry. Regardless of your background, you need to have a natural service mindset, a structured way of working, and the ability to remain calm, service-oriented, and prioritize even when the pace and workload are high.
