We are now looking for you, our new Store Manager who wants to be part of our dynamic team! About the position

ICA Supermarket Värnhem is a busy store with a high number of customer visits. Our vision is to create an affordable shopping experience for our customers. We are a team that works closely together, and we are now looking for an engaged store manager who can continue to develop our store.

Your responsibilities

As a store manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the store. You will lead and motivate an engaged team, plan and optimize sales and profitability, and be responsible for staff planning and scheduling.

Your areas of responsibility will include:

• Assortment/implementation of assortment revision and sales
• Recruitment of staff
• Routine follow-up, work environment, and schedule responsibility
• Personnel responsibility such as rehabilitation, employee conversations, sick notifications
• Follow-up of budget and financial goals
• Financial reporting and cash reporting, money inventory

About the position

We are looking for someone with experience in leading and developing staff within the grocery retail sector. You want to take the next step in your career and aim to potentially become an independent retailer. You have a strong drive and want to move forward. We see that you have had greater personnel responsibility in the past. You will be part of the management team and have a leading role in continuing to develop the store and its success.

Your daily tasks will include restocking, campaigns, and shelf displays. Ordering and daily operations are an important part of the job. You will work operationally and actively with the profitability of the department and ensure that the store's departments and ends are well-stocked and attractive.

To fit into this position, you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You work well both independently and in a team. You are a good leader, and together with your colleagues, you will work to create additional sales and inspire purchasing enthusiasm.

Your qualities and qualifications

We are looking for someone who is organized and results-oriented and has a strong interest in sales. You have previous knowledge in finance, store management, and inventory control. It is important that you have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. As a leader, you are structured, communicative, and goal-oriented. You have experience working with budgets and monitoring goals. You are creative and willing to test new ideas to constantly improve and develop both yourself and the store.

You have documented experience in the grocery retail sector, preferably with ICA. You handle AOB, Min Butik, EasyDisplay, or similar systems. You see your future in retail. You have good physical stamina and are driven by sales. You have previously worked in leadership and want to take the step as a store manager with us. You play a crucial role in creating a positive work environment and a successful and sales-driven store. To achieve our goals, both experience and understanding of our processes and store objectives are required.

You are driven by assortment, sales, and personnel development. The ability to analyze and work towards budget goals is an important part of the role. You are good at working efficiently and personally, motivating and coaching your team.

Employment and offer
