Regional Sales Manager for TETRA Chemicals Europe in Helsingborg

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be offered an exciting role in a successful international company that highly values its employees.
In your role, you will take on the sales responsibility for several European countries where you will drive sales and business development both operationally and strategically. You will analyze and keep a close eye on market data, trends, and competitors to develop successful sales strategies while also driving hands-on sales to existing and potential customers. You will contribute to the company's growth and increased market share by achieving and exceeding set sales targets. You will be part of a team of 4 professional salespeople and will be responsible for your region, which includes Central Europe (Germany, France, Poland, Benelux). The role involves approximately 40–50 travel days per year, and you will be based in the Helsingborg office.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing existing customers and developing new business relationships
- Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements
- Analyzing and following up on sales results and forecasts, and taking necessary actions as needed (RSM)
- Budget and result responsibility
- Analyzing and following up on leads and opportunities
- Participating in trade shows and networking events
- Developing markets and applications
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize campaigns
- Performing other tasks as needed, even outside the formal responsibilities of the department
Your profile:
We are looking for someone with a good technical understanding and post-secondary education, preferably with an engineering or business degree. You have several years of experience in B2B sales and market development, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and experience with CRM systems. To succeed in this role, you also need to have strong drive and analytical skills. You are fluent in Swedish and English at a business level, and additional languages (such as Finnish, French, and German) are a plus. Experience in the chemical industry is also an advantage, but not a requirement.
As a person, you are driven and structured with an independent and results-oriented approach to work. You are service-oriented and always aim to create good relationships and satisfied customers. You work proactively and solution-oriented with a positive attitude – nothing is impossible!
About the position:
The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Helsingborg. The role involves travel primarily to Central Europe.
