Our vision - Skåne's best fruits & vegetables! In 2025, we will carry out a complete renovation of the store, and a brand new fruits and vegetables department will take shape. We are now looking for a sales manager who wants to join us on our journey and help shape a department that will eventually become Skåne's best fruits and vegetables! We are looking for someone who is passionate about fruits & vegetables, has clear leadership skills, and can work with our employees to deliver a top-class department that exceeds customer expectations every day. ICA Supermarket Bjärred is a grocery store with strong local ties. For us, the village of Bjärred is in focus, and we see ourselves as the natural meeting place in the area. Fresh products are close to our hearts. We have a large, vibrant fruits & vegetables department that we are now going to elevate to the next level together with a new star in our team.

As the person responsible for fruits and vegetables, you have an important role in ensuring a selling, fresh, and inspiring department. Your tasks include actively working with and being responsible for the assortment, purchasing, and volumes. You have a great interest in following seasons and trends.

You and your team ensure that the department is always well-stocked and that it is always clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you focus on positive customer interaction, sales, and ensuring we maintain the highest quality. You create an inspiring and well-stocked department with that little extra to exceed customer expectations. You are interested in what sells. You will be an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience with extra focus on fruits and vegetables. As the responsible person, you have primary responsibility for your own department. You are responsible for assortment and profitability, campaign planning, and ordering as well as daily operations. Shrinkage, follow-up, and key figures are part of your daily routines. To fit this position, you need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lead your team.

You are organized and efficient, a positive team player, and have the ability to motivate, engage, and involve employees. As a person, you are cheerful and positive and enjoy working with people. You are good at working effectively and personally. You are confident in yourself and are a good communicator. You are passionate about service and ready for new challenges. You have previous experience in the grocery trade and a leadership position in fresh products. You are meticulous and never compromise on quality. You have good physical condition, can handle heavy lifting, and are driven by sales and customer satisfaction. You have previously worked in the grocery trade, preferably at ICA. You have previous experience with AOB, Min Butik, and Storeoffice or similar.

Full-time, daytime. Salary according to agreement. Store hours are 7 AM to 9 PM every day. Our selection process is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
