Customer Service Manager at North European Trust

Are you an experienced customer service representative looking to take responsibility for developing and driving an efficient support department? Do you have an interest in engines and a genuine commitment to customer service? Then this could be the role for you!

As the Customer Service Manager at North European Trust, you will lead a team of 4–5 people and ensure that customer service delivers quick and professional service. You will be responsible for developing routines, ensuring the team has the right knowledge, and driving improvement projects. The role is largely operational customer service but also includes personnel responsibility, development, and recruitment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the customer service team to ensure a high level of service.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, focusing on professional and solution-oriented service.
• Be responsible for recruiting and training new customer service employees.
• Develop and improve internal routines and processes for more efficient customer management.
• Ensure that the team has the right knowledge about our products, including engine-related issues.

StudentConsulting is responsible for the recruitment process, but the final candidate will be employed directly by NET.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience leading a customer service team and are used to taking responsibility.
• You have a natural sense of service and can create structure in customer service work.
• You have basic knowledge of engines, vehicles, or similar products.
• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, and enjoy both operational and strategic work.
• You are experienced in recruitment and personnel development.
