About the position
- You are responsible for your own district and your specially built truck (“mobile store”), which is your workplace.
- You develop sales and build long-term customer relationships in your district by visiting 15-20 customers per day, both new and existing.
- You demonstrate and showcase the functionality, quality, and efficiency of our products to the customers you visit.
- You ensure that your mobile store is well-stocked and representative.
To assist you, you have CRM and business systems, you will receive product training during your introduction and continuously throughout your employment. You will receive close support and coaching from your regional manager and also have access to support from the rest of the sales organization in the form of employees with extensive experience.

About you
- You are practically inclined and thrive in an independent role with a lot of personal responsibility.
- You have a positive attitude and a “I can do this” mindset.
- You have a natural drive and enjoy creating new contacts and providing good service.
- You are well-organized and have good planning skills.
- You are used to keeping good order.
- You are motivated and driven by clear goals and achieving results.
- You likely have an interest in motors and vehicles.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2 years of work experience, possibly from some form of practical work with customer contact.
- You have a B driver's license.
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish.
- You are computer literate.
- You are willing to obtain a C driver's license, YKB, and ADR, if you do not already have them. We have a good setup to organize and finance this.
- Living within the district is considered a plus.
- The job includes physical tasks which require you to be able to perform them, e.g., being able to lift and carry goods in and out of your mobile store.

The position is full-time and we apply commission-based salary with very good opportunities for a high monthly income. To ensure you feel secure and have time to build your district, we of course offer a guaranteed salary model, “Smartab's security package”, which means a fixed guaranteed income for up to 36 months.
You will work from home and be responsible for your district which includes Eslöv, Hörby, Höör, Kävlinge, Landskrona, Lund, and northern Malmö.
