RM Recruit is now recruiting Account Managers for our partner's newly opened sales office in central Malmö.

The company is well-established with offices all over Sweden and works with some of the strongest brands in the market within Telecommunications, Security & IT. Sales are conducted exclusively to businesses via phone and personal meetings, i.e., no private customers. The sales include both new customer acquisition and upselling.

Our partner offers:

✅ A secure base salary + high commission with no salary cap - you influence your own income; if you want to earn big money, only your own drive sets the limits!

✅ 3–4 weeks of training and introduction – experience is advantageous but not a requirement as the positions offered are with large, well-known brands targeting businesses.

✅ Full-time position, Monday–Friday office hours with the possibility of remote work in the long term.

Who are we looking for?

✔ You are social, communicative, and enjoy customer contact.

✔ You have a business mindset or are willing to learn and enjoy building long-term relationships.

✔ You are driven and want to develop in the sales field.

✔ You are comfortable using the phone as a working tool and speak Swedish fluently; customer visits and appointment booking are included.
