JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you service-oriented, technically curious, and enjoy a varied workday? Do you want to work in a role where customer contact, problem-solving, and business acumen are in focus? Then this could be the job for you!

We are looking for an engaged employee who wants to be part of our team and contribute to high service and customer satisfaction. The position is versatile and includes both customer service and sales as well as warehouse and store work.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service via phone and email to both new and existing customers.
  • Handle order reception, registration, and follow-up of customer cases.
  • Act as support to our field sales representatives by handling inquiries and quotes.
  • Provide technical support and advice on our products and their applications.
  • Manage goods reception, deliveries, inventory, and keep the warehouse organized.
  • Assist customers over the counter in the store and ensure they receive the right industrial components.

We offer ongoing internal training in our product and service areas as well as a knowledgeable team for support, so you can develop in your role.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in the industry is an advantage but not a requirement. You will receive training in the product and service areas we operate in, as well as necessary training in our business systems. We expect you to speak and write Swedish fluently.

You are open and straightforward with a genuine interest in business development and creating and developing long-term customer relationships through a value-based approach. You have a good ability to achieve results through good planning, execution, and follow-up. You do not need to be an expert in all technical areas from the start, and if you are the right person, we would like to see you long-term in our team.
