JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main task will be as a schedule planner, which also includes the role of system administrator within Höganäs Omsorg AB.

You will work across several units within our organization.

Your work includes optimizing staffing based on common principles from our staffing handbook. Our scheduling process is based on staffing with the right person, right competence, in the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.

In the role of system administrator, you will work with the daily operations of our scheduling tool in close collaboration with our system manager.

For several years now, all schedules have been planned centrally in our recruitment and staffing unit. Here, you will be part of a workgroup of eleven people, where four employees work as schedule planners. We work at a fast pace but do not miss out on coffee breaks where laughter is one of the ingredients.

You have a central and important role with high availability and work closely with the operations.

You have a great interest in creating schedules tailored to the needs of the operations. You have a holistic perspective on larger operational issues while also being able to work at a detailed level in matters that require it.

As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous, structured, and communicative. You are expected to prioritize your daily tasks as the workflow constantly varies. Here, you are confident in being able to take responsibility for your tasks independently, but at the same time, you are brave and willing to ask for help.

Your analytical ability, engagement, and solution-focused approach create trust and contribute to good collaboration and relationships.

To succeed in this role, you need to be unpretentious, stress-resistant, meticulous, and enjoy working with systems. We hope you are a person who contributes to a happy and positive atmosphere in the workgroup. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, we are looking for someone with a high school diploma with an appropriate focus such as administration, economics, technology, or another education/qualification that the employer deems equivalent. You have a few years of experience in independent work with schedule planning. You have good experience in handling Microsoft 365, viewing systems and AI as support in your daily work.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked independently with schedule planning in our scheduling tool Time Care and administratively in our HR system Personec. It is also advantageous if you have good knowledge of laws and agreements related to the work, such as AB and ATL.
