On behalf of our client, we are looking for an engaged and structured customer service representative for a traffic office in Helsingborg. This is a role for you who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to work with service, administration, and logistics. The assignment starts as soon as possible and lasts at least until after the summer.

In this role, you will serve as an important link between the company, its customers, and carriers. You will have daily contact with local customers and be responsible for ensuring that deliveries are made according to plan. In case of any deviations, you will act quickly and solution-oriented to ensure a high level of service. The work also involves handling administrative tasks and using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and the transport management system Alystra.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and structured in their documentation, while also being a communicative and service-oriented person. You find it easy to collaborate, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and are driven by finding long-term solutions for both the company, its customers, and suppliers.

• Have good geographical knowledge of Sweden
• Can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Are structured, organized, and have an analytical approach

• Post-secondary education with a focus on logistics
• Experience in logistics and food handling
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment
