Vårdliljan is looking for a district nurse to join our home care team in Hässelby! We offer a stimulating and meaningful job, with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Assignment

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and implementation of care interventions, contact with other healthcare providers and home care, as well as telephone and direct contact with patients and relatives. We are located in a cozy office in Hässelby Villastad.

Background

You are a trained district nurse, have prescribing rights in the ordering portal (nutritional preparations, diabetes aids, wound care products, incontinence aids, etc.). Previous experience in home care is an advantage. It is important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience in the web-based services Pascal (prescribing of dosed packaged medications) and webcare.

Vårdliljan was founded in 2003 and has since grown gradually. Our areas of operation include basic home care and nursing interventions during on-call hours within elderly care and LSS. We have a collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna and offer wellness grants. In our team, we have a very good atmosphere, where we engage in each other's work and support one another when help is needed.
