We are now launching a new initiative at Kronans Apotek customer service, giving more people the opportunity to work in customer service and enhance the customer experience! In this role, you will have the chance to combine customer service and pharmacy work – spending 50% of your time in our wonderful customer service team and 50% at one of our pharmacies or in our competence pool. Your Role

Our customer service will consist of pharmacist colleagues placed at our pharmacies across the country, providing advice and answering customer service inquiries regarding prescriptions and other matters related to customers' medications, both directly in the pharmacy and through our customer service. With us, you will be the vital link between our customers, our e-commerce, and our 500 pharmacies, ready to guide and support in every unique customer interaction. You will have a home pharmacy to work at, and whether you are in operation or in customer service, if you work in our competence pool, you will be regionally placed and work at several pharmacies. Switching between these two roles gives you inspiring variation in your work and the opportunity to make a real difference where you are needed the most. Common denominators for the roles are that you are responsible for dispensing the correct medication to each customer and providing the best possible customer advice while creating a world-class customer experience.

What does it really mean to work 50% in our customer service?

• First contact and handling comprehensive customer service inquiries
• Handling prescription-related questions: you will help customers with booking prescriptions at both local pharmacies and via e-commerce.
• Care sales: listen to the customer's needs, quickly identify new trends and demands, and improve the offering.
• Work towards jointly set KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, AHT, and ACW.
• General RX-related questions: including dialogue with our pharmacies or our e-commerce.

What does it really mean to work 50% at one of our pharmacies or in the competence pool?

• Advice and sales of medications and self-care products: you will assist customers in both self-care and prescriptions.
• Care sales: listen to the customer's visible and hidden needs through needs analysis.
• Work towards jointly set KPIs: such as NKI, NPS, self-care packaging/customer, EMV, etc.
• General pharmacy-related tasks: Inventory management, campaign work, revision, sustainability, etc.

We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. In your application, you will indicate the area where you wish to work; if you also want to try working in different locations across the country for 50% and be at your home location for 50%, our National Competence Pool may be something for you! In this role, with many points of contact within the company and handling a large inflow of inquiries across various platforms, we believe you possess good communication skills in both speech and writing and are comfortable working in different systems. As we have many customers reaching out to both our customer service and our pharmacies, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while being comfortable balancing two different roles. You are responsible and enjoy working independently, but also alongside colleagues.

To be eligible for the role, you need to:

• be a licensed pharmacist
• have worked at a pharmacy for at least two years
• previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
