Rehab Södra is looking for a Dietitian in Farsta

The clinic is located in the heart of Farsta Centrum, close to both the subway, commuter train, and buses. There is also the possibility to work part-time from home with video visits.

Rehab Södra is a results unit within SLSO, Stockholm County's healthcare area, and has agreements to provide primary care rehabilitation at four units: Farsta Rehab, Högdalen Rehab, Södermalm Rehab, and Dalen Rehab, with an additional assignment for the Neuroteam. We have occupational therapists, dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and administrative staff, totaling about 130 employees.

The dietitians at Rehab Södra have regular network meetings where we work on quality development. The dietitian group has developed several local care programs for some of the most common diagnoses we encounter. As a new employee, you will receive a mentor and an introduction program for your first year.

At Farsta Rehab, approximately 30 people work, of which 5 are dietitians. We are a fantastic team that loves to share knowledge and experience, help each other when needed, and have a good laugh. Now we are looking for you to become our sixth dietitian!

The unit manager is also a dietitian with experience in primary care work.

Job Responsibilities:

With us, you will meet a wide variety of patients of all ages! If you are interested in a specific patient group, we will try to help you continue to develop in this area.

The clinic has several close collaborations with neighboring healthcare providers, including health centers, specialist clinics, BVC, BUMM, and BUP.

Documentation is done in Take Care.

Job responsibilities may include:

  • Patient work at the clinic.
  • Lectures in our patient schools.
  • Home visits, individually or in a team with an occupational therapist/physiotherapist. You will have access to a computer during home visits.
  • Patient meetings via video.
  • Prescription of nutritional products such as dietary supplements, tube feeding, and gluten-free products.
  • Supervision of students.

Employment Type:

Qualifications:

  • Licensed dietitian.
  • Previous experience as a dietitian in outpatient/primary care is an advantage.
  • Driver's license B and driving experience is an advantage as it facilitates home visits.
  • Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 are required.
