Hälsa Hemma is a new innovative healthcare center that combines home visits with digital meetings. Our motto: Digital-physical care for real! In addition to Stockholm, we are also in Gothenburg and Malmö. We are now looking for a district nurse who wants to work at perhaps Sweden's most appreciated healthcare center.

About the position

Hälsa Hemma offers you a flexible job where you have the opportunity to combine working from home with meeting fantastic colleagues at our physical clinic at Karolinska in Solna, and to go on home visits to our patients in the Stockholm area. As a district nurse, you will have several district nurse colleagues.

We offer a flexible job where we prioritize care quality and the development of innovative and accessible primary care. Just as patients have individual needs and wishes, we understand that you do too. It is perfectly fine to work both part-time and full-time with us.

At Hälsa Hemma, you will work on our self-developed digital platform, created by those of us who work in healthcare. In the platform, you can keep in touch with your patients through text and video, while also discussing patient cases securely with your colleagues.

We are looking for you:

• who is a licensed nurse, with specialist training as a district nurse
• who wants to drive development forward and challenge old ways of thinking
• with good Swedish in speech and writing
• with a driver's license for a passenger car

You are welcome to:
