We are looking for a night assistant nurse at Villa Täby Park for a permanent position of approximately 60%. We offer training and several benefits.

About Villa Täby Park

Villa Täby Park is a modern residence with space for 80 elderly people, where each department has a shared kitchen, large outdoor terrace, and balconies. We have a beautiful and vibrant garden.

• We plan to become a dementia-certified residence by 2025, which means that everyone who works here will be trained in dementia and care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy.
• We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of youth aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents.
• You will have a group manager who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations.
• Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.
• We constantly strive to create new and exciting activities for our residents. For example, we have introduced VR technology that allows for different travel experiences, adventures, or games through VR glasses.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret their needs. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked for a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience in documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
