About the position

The employment is at our rehabilitation unit which includes rehabilitation at the hospital, in our outpatient care, in the home rehabilitation team, and where the assignment is directed towards our special accommodations throughout our municipality.

You will be part of a rehabilitation team consisting of occupational therapists and physiotherapists working with special accommodations and short-term care. We are an innovative unit that works with many digital solutions and modern working methods.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assessment and work based on a rehabilitative and function-preserving care approach according to the elderly's needs, wishes, and resources.
• Setting goals for physiotherapeutic treatment and other interventions, evaluating and following up on these.
• Responsibility for ensuring that medical technical and work technical products function and are used correctly.
• Guidance and training of staff regarding work technical products and ergonomics.
• Analyzing strengths and weaknesses in professional competence and participating in your personal competence development.

About you

For this position, you need:

• Licensed physiotherapist.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Ability to document according to ICF and KVÅ (international and national classifications and coding systems).
• Driver's license for manual transmission.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Previous experience as a licensed physiotherapist in elderly care.

About us

At the rehabilitation unit, we currently have several physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers with many years of experience in rehabilitation. We work in a flexible digital environment where creativity flows. Our unit has assignments towards the hospital, outpatient care, home rehabilitation, and special accommodations, so our competence within the unit is broad and extensive. We take our responsibility to supervise students very seriously and challenge them and ourselves to develop care forward.

Within Tiohundra, we have 9 elderly homes with dementia and care places. They are spread throughout the municipality, and some of our accommodations also have short-term places/temporary care. Common to all our accommodations is that they are run with commitment and warmth.

We are part of Tiohundra – the complete care company in Roslagen.
