We are looking for a new colleague to join our friendly clinic in Vårby! At the clinic, seven experienced speech therapists work with a strong interest in multilingualism and diversity. Many patients want to come to us, and we need reinforcement in the work of assessing and treating children with language difficulties.

We offer a meaningful and exciting job with the opportunity to develop and contribute in a multicultural and multilingual area. We have close collaboration with various actors in Vårby, such as child health care centers and libraries, preschools, and schools.

At the clinic, we also receive patients with questions regarding reading and writing difficulties, voice disorders, stuttering, selective mutism, and swallowing fears. Based on the needs of the organization and individual interests, we encourage our employees to develop and work in several areas!

As a new employee with us, you will receive a tailored workplace introduction. We provide good opportunities to shadow and work under supervision initially. You will have a mentor who supports you especially during the first period.

The position is a permanent position located in Vårby.

We have a collective agreement with a monthly salary, occupational pension, and insurance.

At the Speech Therapy Agency Dynamica, we have about 95 speech therapists across our 14 clinics in Stockholm. We are a private healthcare company that has agreements with Region Stockholm. Dynamica primarily works within the care choice system but also has a growing consulting business. We actively work to drive development at both the individual level and at the clinic and company level. We have several occasions each year when we meet in various forms to share the experiences and knowledge we collectively have at the agency, and we work towards consensus in our various diagnostic areas.
