In the role of nursing assistant with us at Forenede Care, you will provide good care, service, and support to our residents. With us, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. Enebacken is a care and nursing home with a total of 108 places. 2 departments are intended for short-term and respite care. 3 departments are somatic, and the remaining 7 departments focus on individuals with dementia.

In the position as a nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the customer's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will help with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure that all our residents can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or finding fun activities to do together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time/part-time positions for a permanent employment with a probationary period. This position is a night shift on weekdays between 21:00-07:15 and on weekends.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
