We welcome two nurses for a 75% position who want to be part of our fantastic team. Enebacken is a care and nursing home with a total of 108 places. 2 departments are designated for short-term and respite care. 3 departments are somatic, and the remaining 7 departments focus on individuals with dementia. We have nurses available around the clock. During the day, there are nursing assistants, an occupational therapist, a physiotherapist, a social worker, and an activity coach available in the house.

Your responsibilities You have a managerial responsibility according to HSL and should be pedagogical in your guidance of care staff based on MAS guidelines and the unit's routines. You are responsible for coordinating and implementing HSL interventions. We also work with quality registers such as Senior alert, BPSD, and the Swedish palliative register. The team consists of care staff and a nurse.

Your personal qualities You have a genuine interest in working with the elderly and individuals with various forms of dementia. You should have the best interests of the care recipients in focus. Your working style is flexible, and you have the ability to work results-oriented, development-oriented, and see the whole picture of the operation. As a person, you are independent and receptive and contribute with a positive spirit to the team.

We place great importance on personal qualities, such as high social competence and the ability to lead and collaborate with both clients and residents, relatives, and colleagues.

Qualifications Swedish Registered Nurse with experience in documentation and experience from dementia, somatic, or geriatric care.

Employment type/work hours Day, evening, and weekend shifts are for a 75% permanent position. A 6-month probationary period applies according to the collective agreement. Start date Immediately Contact person for this job
