About the Job

As a nurse with us, you play an important part of the team and lead the nursing work daily. We keep the patient and their relatives in focus.

Who are we looking for?

• You are a licensed nurse.
• You have a genuine interest in working with our patient group.
• Additional education/interest in further education in elderly care is an advantage.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language. Other language skills are an advantage.

Personal Qualities

Since we work in teams, we expect you to have very good collaboration skills and that you are clear in your communication. You want to coach and teach nursing assistants, colleagues, and students. You are responsible and can show initiative in unexpected situations. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

The Practicalities

• We offer permanent employment. A probationary period may apply.
• Full/part-time, whatever suits you!
• Individual salary setting.
• Flexibility is available, and we also follow the working time agreement for nurses within the region, which means you can use earned time for either money, time off, or pension.
• The job is during the day and evening. Some weekend work is included. The full-time measure is 38:15h/week.
• We can also offer 3-shift work, and then the working hours are reduced according to the working time agreement for nurses.
