We are currently looking for 2 nurses who want to develop themselves and our operations and be part of a team!

About the position

As a nurse at the cognitive clinic, you will work independently but also in close collaboration with doctors and occupational therapists, where you will have a coordinating role.

Your tasks include conducting your own consultations, handling referrals, and providing both verbal and written information to patients and relatives after diagnosis notifications. You will also be responsible for follow-up calls and advice to patients, relatives, and healthcare staff. We work in Take Care and use digital healthcare contacts.

The positions are permanent employment – one at 50% and one at 100%. Further down in your application, you can easily indicate which employment rate you are interested in.

Your tasks include:

• Consultation work/own clinic.
• Telephone advice.
• Administrative tasks.
• Digital healthcare contacts.

About our offer:

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse.
• Have several years of experience in the profession.
• Have good computer skills.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Further education in dementia care.
• Previous experience working with patients with dementia.
• Good knowledge of the Take Care journal system.
