We aim to provide sustainable care for patients with psychotic disorders. As a psychologist, you play a crucial role in the teamwork with our doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and social workers.
Väsby Psychiatric Clinic 2 in Upplands Väsby is an outpatient clinic for patients with psychosis. Our approach includes pharmacological, family-oriented, and psychological treatment methods. The clinic collaborates with inpatient departments at Danderyd Hospital, Sankt Göran's Hospital, and the Mobile Emergency Unit.
We are part of Psychiatry Northwest – a university clinic in the northwestern part of Stockholm County's healthcare area (SLSO) with approximately 550 employees, aiming to provide patients with good, safe, and equitable care. The clinic operates in bright and spacious premises near Upplands Väsby commuter train station and the center. Here, nurses, nursing assistants, psychologists, a medically responsible chief physician, senior physicians, and occasionally resident doctors work. The clinic has a social worker. Medical secretaries assist with overall administration. Our goal is to offer qualified treatments to our patients while creating a work environment that feels pleasant and inspiring for our employees. Job Responsibilities
Assessment and treatment of individuals with psychotic disorders. Assessments can vary from broad questions to more focused ones. Treatment is conducted both in groups and individually.
Qualifications
You are a licensed psychologist with a focus on CBT. Experience with assessments and psychosis is an advantage.

You enjoy working independently and structuring your workday. You are eager to share your professional knowledge with other staff categories. We expect competent clinical judgment, a professional attitude, and the ability to collaborate.
Conditions
Permanent employment, full-time 40 hours per week with working hours Monday to Friday. A probationary period may apply. There is some opportunity to work remotely.

- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
