APL, Apotek Produktion & Laboratorier AB, is tasked with manufacturing extemporaneous medicines, which are individualized medications for a specific patient, aimed at improving and saving lives. Many formulations are made for children and for adults with various types of hypersensitivity. APL is state-owned and one of Europe's largest manufacturers of extemporaneous medicines and is also an established contract manufacturer in the life sciences industry with resources for development, manufacturing, and analysis of medicines. APL's approximately 500 employees work at four manufacturing units across Sweden.

The Position The department is tasked with manufacturing and preparing sterile and non-sterile extemporaneous medicines. This summer temporary position involves work in non-sterile manufacturing.

The position is a fixed-term employment over the summer of 2025, running from the end of April to the end of August. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, based at APL's facility in Kungens Kurva. Start date is negotiable.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a pharmacist with authorization in extemporaneous medicines, i.e., a licensed pharmacy technician who has completed the extemporaneous course or a licensed pharmacist
• has previously worked in extemporaneous manufacturing (meritorious but not required)
• is flexible, service-oriented, and has a good ability to collaborate
