Villa Näs is a residence with a total of 60 places. The building is three stories high with two departments per floor and common areas on the ground floor. Villa Näs has 40 places for elderly people with dementia and 20 care places.

- Good schedule and working hours: You work 80% as a nurse and 20% administratively as group manager HSL. Working hours are daytime 37 hours/week and every third weekend. The nurse works from 07:00-16:00

About the role
You are the spider in the web around the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.
Collaboration and support
You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role for you is to coach and educate the care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. In this, you work closely with the residence's group managers who are responsible for the care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations.
We invest in leadership development for you as a nurse and group manager.
Getting to know the residents
Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions.
Clear routines
To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and accessible routines, guiding documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.
As a new nurse with us, you participate in our digital introduction program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly getting into work and our routines.

Your experience and knowledge
You are a licensed nurse and we prefer that you have worked a few years in elderly care, coordination responsibility or leadership experience is meritorious. Our residents are often multi-sick, which requires you to have both an overview of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
