About Us

We are a positive group at Psychiatric Department 30, specializing in psychotic disorders. We have 16 care places and work in multiprofessional teams where nursing assistants, nurses, social workers, doctors, and medical secretaries collaborate to provide the best possible care. We are currently implementing the exciting Safewards model to create a safer and more harmonious care environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has an interest in psychiatry and wants to grow within psychosis care. Whether you are newly graduated or have longer experience, we will adapt the introduction to your needs so that you feel secure in your professional role.
  • Is empathetic, curious, flexible, and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the care and treatment of patients with various needs.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care.
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and contribute to a safe and secure care environment.
  • Documentation in the TakeCare journal system.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment: with scheduled working hours and work two weekends out of five.

For patient-related work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

  • register control is applied before the hiring decision according to current guidelines.
  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • requires, in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed staff with patient contact.
