We at Attendo are now looking for summer substitutes as nursing assistants/caregivers to Attendo Balders Båge in Norrtälje. We are a residence focused on gardening and outdoor activities.

About the role

As a nursing assistant/caregiver with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
  • If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
  • Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions
  • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
  • Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

  • Experience from care work in elderly care

About the recruitment process

Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record together with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
