Job Description

Varied tasks both at the clinic and in home healthcare.

At the clinic, the work includes patient visits, telephone advice, and triage. Other usual nursing tasks that occur at a healthcare center may also be relevant.

In home healthcare, we take care of about 40 registered patients.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed district nurse or a nurse with prescribing rights, preferably with a few years of experience. We would like you to have previous experience in primary care in both the clinic and home healthcare. You are self-sufficient but a team player and eager to learn more. You place great importance on collaboration skills, flexibility, and good treatment of both patients and colleagues. You have the ability to independently plan and prioritize as well as make your own decisions in your daily work from a patient safety perspective but also function in a group/team.

We would like you to be a positive person who wants to develop in your profession and can handle varying workloads. You are confident in yourself as a person and in your professional role. You see solutions in work challenges, have good communication skills, are proactive, and can help us contribute to a continued pleasant work environment.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement.
